The Kolodko mini-statues are now among the attractions of Budapest. The artist, Mihály Kolodko, has placed so many tiny guerrilla statues in various public spaces of the city in just a few years that one can hardly keep count. The creation of these small statues can be attributed in part to one phase of sculpture design, as the artist initially crafts his works in small scale. On the other hand, there are also financial reasons for the mini-statues, as they are more cost-effective to produce. Most of the guerrilla statues are created and installed by Mihály Kolodko at his own expense, while some are made on commission.

Ma már Budapest nevezetességei közé tartoznak a Kolodko-miniszobrok. A művész, Kolodko Mihály néhány év alatt annyi aprócska gerillaszobrot helyezett el a város különböző közterein, hogy nem győzi az ember számolni. A picike szobrok készítése részben a szobortervezés egyik fázisára vezethető vissza, mivel a művész először kis méretben készíti el az alkotásait. Másrészt anyagi okai is vannak a miniszobroknak, így ugyanis nem kerülnek annyiba. A gerillaszobrok többségét Kolodko Mihály saját költségén készíti el és helyezi ki, egy részük pedig megrendelésre készült.
